Book donated by Mrs Peggy Ainsworth (nee Everest) whose relatives were the original owners of Ambrecht Nelson & Co. Ltd., later A. Nelson & Co. It includes various formulae which give an insight into their work at the time, including a recipe for Coca Wine much beloved by Queen Victoria.
