Heinrich August Fielitz M.D. (28 April 1797 – 4 October 1877) was a German orthodox physician who converted to homeopathy, to become a member of the Homeopathic Society for Upper Lusitania and Silesia, and the President of the Society of German Homeopathic Practitioners.

Fielitz was a student of Samuel Hahnemann, and one of his provers.

Heinrich August Fielitz was the son of Dr. Friedrich Gottlieb Heinrich Fielitz the Younger. After attending school in Luckau and Görlitz, he studied at the universities of Leipzig and Halle, where he received his doctorate in 1819.

After receiving his doctors degree Heinrich August Fieltiz practiced in Lauban, and later in Langensalza, Braunschweig and Harzberg, and Brunswick.

In 1832, Fielitz joined the Homeopathic Society for Upper Lusitania and Silesia, alongside Eckert, Engelhardt, Lerner, Clotar Moritz Mueller, Neumann, Schindler, Schmieder, J A Schubert, Schulze, Oscar D Tietze, Weigel,

Fielitz was also a colleague of Georg August Heinrich Muhlenbein, Friedrich Jakob Rummel, Timotheus Samuel Thorer,

In 1842, the University of Brunswick appointed Fielitz to examine all medical doctors who wished to graduate for the degree of doctor of medicine, and to practice the homeopathic system.

Throughout his career Fielitz submitted cases and articles to various homeopathic publications.
